We are able to machine our Iron Casting Parts up to 30 tons in high precision mechanical processing and perform some assembly and surface protection processes. We carry out mechanical manufacturing processes such as turning, drilling, milling, tapping and grinding with 0.01mm precision in our machining halls with 3 Rotary Table Benches that can process parts up to 6m in diameter.
Again, with our 5 Axis Gantry CNC Portal Milling Machine, precision machining can be performed in the dimensions of 3500 x 6000 x Z: 1250 mm.
Besides these, mechanical measurement, 3D Mobile Laser measurements and CMM Measurement; by parts up to Y: 3500 / X: 6500 / Z: 2500 mm could be made in inhouse.
