Pattern build;
Our factory has its own pattern house and there we prepare patterns from wooden, araldite and strapore ( polystyrene ) materials.

Molding, Sand Pool an Sand renewal capacity;
Our foundry is specialized in the field of hand-molding systems with resin based sand. Beside our broad experience in big parts castings, we have been successfully producing also press molds for automotive industry, using full-mold casting process. No Bake Molding 1700x1000x500/500 mm degree dimension 8 Molds/h. Hand Molding up to 6400x4000x2000x2000 mm. Sand Preparing 3x25 t/h, 5 t/h and 3 t/h capacity air-set sand preparation mixer.

Melting;
Casting capacity of our foundry is 1000 tons per month and we cast single parts up to 15 tons by gray iron and 12 tons by ductile iron parts. There are four furnaces in our induction based melting unit, two of them having a melting capacity of 4 tons per hour (3000 kVA-250 Hz) and other two with 2 tons per hour(800 kVA-1000 Hz).

Quality Assurance;
Casting simulation, spectrometric chemical analysis, metallographic, physical and mechanical inspections, ultrasonic and magnetic particle tests and Dimension kontrols are done under ISO 9001:2000 (RW-TÜV) standarts.

Shot Blasting;
The Shot Blastings are done by Rotary tabled shoot-blasting machine automaticly For bigger sizes than 3000x2000x2000mm Manual Clening Cabin with high pressure system is ready for use.

Shipping;
Our products are palleted, packaged, painted and machined redy to shipping on truck, ship our other transportation facilities
